Future Foundations consider the happiness and safety of children as our top concern. On all our residential programmes we have a dedicated Pastoral Team, with Female Head of House, and a Male Head of House, who will take care of the young people.

We choose the staff that work for us very carefully, and we have a core team of very experienced staff who will be working on programmes who have full training on Safeguarding and Welfare.
