Global Social Leaders was created in 2011 by Future Foundations and Wellington Leadership Institute. Both organisations have extensive experience, credentials and awards for their work with young people, leadership, and character building. We are proud members of Future Group, a collection of organisations seeking to achieve positive change.

Future Foundations (FF) mission is to inspire young people to achieve their full potential. FFs vision is a society where all organisations are led by socially conscious people, with every young person making the transition into adulthood with the foundations they need for their future.
YOUTH TRAINING
Future Foundations delivers a wide variety of one day and multi day residential programmes to help with the key transition points young people face in their academic and personal life. We find awe inspiring venues, manage the logistics, take care of the risk assessments, and everything else in between.
AWARD WINNING QUALITY
The high quality of our programmes has been recognised by two successive British Governments, and we have also been selected to run the Government’s Youth Leaders programme since 2010.

INTERNATIONAL CONNECTIONS
The Wellington Leadership Institute has branches in all the Wellington Schools (Academy, Tianjin, Shanghai) and we have worked with over 300 schools across the world, as well as many charities, businesses and the Army.
ROUND SQUARE
Wellington College joined the Round Square organisation in 1995 and plays a full and active part in international conferences, projects and exchanges, as well as developing service and fund raising initiatives of its own.

REGISTRATION FOR 2019 NOW OPEN
Catalysts are our three- or five-day semi-residential programmes held in schools and colleges around the world. Open to the public or specifically for your community: it’s entirely up to you.
GSL Inspire gives young people a voice and a platform to present about issues and projects they care about.
During our programmes, our participants are invited to prepare a short presentation to share with fellow delegates.
We invite our partner schools to hold GSL Inspire events within their schools.
