Hi! We are Safe Place Makers from İstanbul, Turkey. Our aim in this project is to make safe places for children in Bahçeköy/Istanbul. Our goal is number 11 which is Sustainable Cities and Communities. Our problem was in Bahçeköy kids couldn’t play freely on the park and, couldn’t walk on the streets to their school safely because there was no sidewalk.
A WALK TOWARDS ZERO WASTE
We all do amass a large amount of food waste is what we perceive from our surroundings, and the action that follows this would be disposing it off in a normal manner, which is absolutely futile according to us. Hence we have come up with an effective new idea dubbed as A WALK TOWARDS ZERO WASTE.
A-Blog For A-Bridge
Our project name is A-Bridge. We named it A-Bridge since our project is about making the transition bridges short and sweet. The aim of project A-Bridge is to create a transition website that will help to decrease the stress levels of students who are transitioning in and out of KS3.

Overusing energy is a very serious issue in Saudi Arabia, due to the fact that a lot of people are not concerned about the cost of energy resulting in them overusing it, and because we live in a very hot environment so we use energy a lot for many daily errands.
