A community initiative dedicated towards installing renewable energy in the form of solar panels in less fortunate schools in Jordan. Our project aim is to illuminate schools – through the installation of solar panels, and minds through raising awareness regarding the importance of spreading renewable energy in Jordan, and most importantly the environment by reducing the environmental effect of non-renewable energy. Over the course of the past several months, we have visited less fortunate schools in Jordan, met with potential sponsors/partners and worked diligently as a team to ensure that change can be made.
We believe our project will motivate and push thousands of children to further their interest in education, provide a means of education for the underprivileged, and educate the masses regarding the importance of literacy and SDGs 4,10, and 12.
