The aim of our project is to raise awareness on fast fashion and its impact on the environment and to encourage more people to upcycle and reuse their clothes rather than throwing them away when they become too worn.

We held multiple workshops including clothes upcycling, tie dyeing and beeswax wrap making involving organisations such as UNIQLO and UNHCR.

The outcome has been positive as we had good turnouts at each event. We wanted to change the stigma around second-hand clothes and as everyone seemed to enjoy the activities and were keen for more, we take this as progress!
