The Precious Plastics team has worked towards reducing and repurposing plastic waste within the local community. By collecting used plastic items from school’s activities and raising funds to obtain machines. These plastic items will be recycled into 3D filaments which will be used in the Design Technology department of our school. With the effort to recycle as much plastic items used in schools as possible, we hope to make use of the material which otherwise would have been dumped into the environment and contribute to the global issue of plastic pollution.
