The intention was to stop the wildfires in Portugal, especially in their local community – Natural Park Sintra/Cascais, and they did what they set out to do! They removed unwanted plants and planted new ones, and raised money and donated it to a genetic tree bank (Banco Genético Vegetal Autóctone).
