The Toy Story Project works to reduce the stigma surrounding the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In order to achieve this, we organized three online workshops for students, staff, and teachers, where we taught participants to create sensory puppets for children with ASD that we donated to an orphanage and a special needs school. Our workshops also act as a platform where the stories of these children could be heard. We reached 60 participants from five cities and eight schools around Indonesia, and donated sensory puppets to more than 40 children with ASD.
