We are delighted to share a blog written by student Waad, from Aths School / Baniyas, who is part of a team delivering a Global Goals project for the 2020-21 GSL Global Goals Competition.
Their project is among over 957 social action projects currently running as part of the GSL movement and we are excited to be supporting them to design and lead positive social change in their community.

Project Summary
On our project’s website we post about the earth how to save it, about plants, and we accept questions about the earth.
Below are our project aims for our audience:
- We are trying to save the earth with your help
- You can help and send us your progress of following what we post
- You will be planting trees
- Help cleaning the earth
- Use recyclable things
Our Journey
In this journey we learned to stay patient by waiting for the plants to grow, and problem solving.
Our Next Chapter
We will be encouraging people to make videos of their plants growing, and making stuff that they can recycle.
