Precious Plastic is a project that aims to protect wildlife, reduce waste and recycle plastic. We conducted beach clean-ups and collection drives to reduce waste and save animals from the hazards of irresponsibly disposed waste. From the waste we collect, we melt the plastic, cut it into different shapes, and make finished products such as jewellery and key-chains. Once we finish our production, we will sell these items to raise money to advance wildlife protection in Gabon.
Moreover, to educate people about these issues, we ran our awareness campaign through our Instagram page and by putting up posters.
