Map creation of Kazakhstan for blind people

SUMMARY

The students of Miras International school in Astana plan to create a map of the land and nature of Kazakhstan to support quality education for blind students in early grades. Kazakhstan follows the national curriculum where students in early 1st and 2nd grades research the physical geography, as lands, nature of the country, however, blind students do not have any map where they can “touch and feel” the landscape. They would like to present this map to the government and write a letter to convince the government to include this map into the list of important issues for inclusive education in schools.
