This project has impacted not only those who live in Zambales, but also those who were involved in the Mangrove Rejuvenation project. This project especially impacts the local fishermen, as they have begun rejuvenating damaged mangrove ecosystems in their area, which will spawn more fish and help with coastal erosion.
