Our aim as Go Green Thumbs is to spread awareness on environmental issues and reforest an area in the Philippines. To do this, we held an online seminar with an environmental engineer as our guest speaker. She discussed what she does to help our planet and shared a few ways how you can help in protecting our Earth. We also held a garage sale to raise funds for our tree planting project. These funds went towards One Tree Planted, a non-profit tree planting charity, and they will be able to plant 660 trees in the Philippines.
