Impact of Project:
The practical actions taken during this project included: organizing a puppet show, creating flyers, and conducting a campaign for the low level of staff in the school. It helped in building connection with the real situation and people, but also helped to promote their actions to a larger audience. The family, friends and neighborhood were sensitized to break the stereotypes and build equity among genders. They also were able to bring a shift in the mindset of people they interacted.
