Period+ve is a community that aims to normalize holding open and healthy conversations pertaining to all aspects of menstruation. We donated to PridePads Africa and Days For Girls. Further, in alliance with SDG 3, we started a campaign, raising 500+ sanitary products for the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children. Our Instagram account GenuinelyZ helped raise awareness on the stigmatization of menstruation and its subsequent effect on gender equality, i.e, SDG 5. We also designed our own biodegradable reusable pad to promote responsible consumption and production, i.e, SDG 12. This enriching journey was successful only because of our kind supporters.
