SUMMARY

Students at Kensington  Aldridge Academy in the United Kingdom have based their project on tackling the issue of young people in state schools feeling as unmotivated and not being driven to realise their dreams. They have recognised that many people just end up following the conveyor belt to university , with no bigger ambitions than a degree. They plan to create a student-led mentor programme and after school club programme with the aim of giving other young people a better outlook on education, become leaders of society and support them in realising their dreams.
