This year we wanted to influence a lot of people and change not only our school’s community but also Thessaloniki’s community. For that reason, we got involved with 3 projects. The first project is bottle recycling. There is a huge problem with the bottles in the seas so we decided to do something to help our planet “breathe”. We recycled more than 59,000 bottles in just 3 months.
The second project is the Greenhouses. We observed that there is such a waste of energy sources that are used to preserve the favorable conditions in the greenhouses, so in cooperation with the robotics club we made some sensors to help the farmers reduce it. The third project is food for all. We try to donate untouched portions of food to people in need.
