Our aim was to use food waste from the school canteen as fertilizers for the plants. When these plants have been fully grown, we can use this and provide healthy food for the people who can’t afford it. Moreover, we can use the goods we produced and use the money to invest it in our project so we can upscale it. We have slowly progressed and on our way to reaching our expected outcome. We have nutrient-rich soil beds which contribute to the production of vegetables.
