Our primary aim was to find a solution to the lack of geriatric care in today’s world. At present, senior citizens are left abandoned in their homes with no one to talk to or spend time with. So our team ‘HIVE’ decided to connect students to senior citizens and spend time through an initiative known as ‘Adopt a Grandparent’. Our secondary aim was to create an impact in the lives of senior citizens by assisting them with day-to-day tasks and providing them the basic medical care.
