Mental Health Notebook is an organisation we started for teenagers, from teenagers, that aims to improve the mental health of students. By posting content on social media, creating a magazine and a podcast, a free tutoring program, a school council and a free professional counselling scheme, we have been able to help hundreds of thousands of teenagers. We hope to continue this work in the years to come and make a difference to our community!
