Project Description:
Care and Share by Potter’s Touch High School is a student-led initiative developed in collaboration with Year 10 students to support Victoria Orphanage in Bayelsa State. The project combined the provision of essential physical supplies with social mentorship and emotional support. It addressed immediate needs through the donation of high-priority items, including food staples, hygiene products, mosquito nets and diapers. In addition, workshops on empathy and inclusivity were delivered to foster long-term values of respect and self-worth among the children. The initiative reached approximately 450 individuals, with its impact extending beyond material aid to meaningful human connection and community empowerment.
