Project Description:

Vitamin U by Newstead Wood School is an initiative designed to support children with severe allergies by improving the safe storage and use of emergency medication. The team created a compact, accessible EpiPen storage solution that ensures medication is clearly labelled, protected, and readily available in an emergency. It includes illustrated, step-by-step instructions so that even untrained individuals can confidently administer treatment if needed. The design also incorporates clear colour guidance for colour-blind users and features the “FAST” acronym to help quickly identify allergic reactions, enabling faster and more informed responses in critical situations.
