The Fair Force by Pathways School Gurgaon, India, promotes gender equality and challenges stereotypes through research, advocacy, and community outreach. The team conducted interviews, created educational content, led awareness campaigns, launched a website and social media, and raised ₹51,000 for a gender rights NGO. Actions included surveying public attitudes, engaging guest speakers, and reaching local leaders through letters. The project empowered young changemakers and demonstrated how early action can spark long-term impact.
