Project Description:

Pathfinders by Isikkent School is a community-focused initiative aimed at supporting Bayramli, a mountain village in Kemalpasa, Izmir, by renovating an unused local library. The project addressed limited educational access in a farming community where many students face long daily commutes and high dropout rates. With support from the school, providing transport across five trips, and LEMON Stationery, which supplied paint materials, students restored the space and stocked it with around 500 donated books and repurposed bookshelves. The team hosted an opening event bringing in community engagement and the initiative has impacted approximately 300 people.
