English Bee (EB)
– Non-profit project aiming to provide an opportunity for students aged 5-10 to improve their
English
– So far, we held 4 buddy reading sessions and a creative writing workshop led by 30+ volunteers, with 60+ students participating weekly.
EB targets:
SDG 4: Quality Education
It is difficult to maintain engagement through Online learning. Besides academics, EB emphasises developing interpersonal skills of students through various interactive activities.
SDG10: Reduced Inequalities
EB strives to provide students from all backgrounds equal access to learning resources and to offer them a chance to make friends, develop global mindedness, and consider novel perspectives.
