Summary
This societies project idea was ‘Can We Do It?’. The basic premise of this was to re-use, recycle and up-cycle aluminium drinks cans in their community. As the students involved come from an engineering college they decided to put a technical twist to their project by turning the cans into objects such as: Wind Turbines, Sprinkler Systems & Bird Houses. They were running this project in conjunction to their other project of an advanced and self-maintained garden.
